Columbus home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Columbus rose by $87,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,500 - a 32.4% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Columbus in June 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,762, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
