Ramsey home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Ramsey rose by $4,550 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,500 - a 2% increase over the $231,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Ramsey in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,240, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
