Lino Lakes home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Lino Lakes rose by $65,000 while total sales increased by 128.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,900 - a 28.9% increase over the $224,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Lino Lakes in January 2017.
