Ramsey home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Ramsey rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,500 - a 8.9% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Ramsey in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,240, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
