Fridley home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Fridley rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 154.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $211,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Fridley in November 2016.
