Centerville home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Centerville rose by $7,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,000 - a 2.7% increase over the $273,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Centerville in November 2016, as well.
