Columbia Heights home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Columbia Heights rose by $54,450 while total sales increased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,450 - a 36.3% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Columbia Heights in October 2016.
