Fridley home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Fridley rose by $3,250 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $201,250 - a 1.6% increase over the $198,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Fridley in August 2016.
