Linwood home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Linwood fell by $57,547 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,453 - a 21.7% decrease over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Linwood in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Linwood for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,942, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
