Columbia Heights home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Columbia Heights rose by $26,250 while total sales decreased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $179,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Columbia Heights in July 2016.
