Fridley home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Fridley fell by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 10.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $196,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Fridley in June 2016.
