Columbia Heights home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Columbia Heights rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Columbia Heights in May 2016.
