Linwood home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Linwood fell by $73,950 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 20.9% decrease over the $353,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Linwood in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Linwood for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,942, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
