St. Francis home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in St. Francis rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 162.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,900 - a 1.6% increase over the $184,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in St. Francis in March 2016.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,832, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
