Ramsey home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Ramsey fell by $22,200 while total sales increased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 8.4% decrease over the $264,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Ramsey in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,240, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
