Ramsey home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Ramsey fell by $19,600 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,900 - a 7.9% decrease over the $249,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Ramsey in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,240, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
