Ramsey home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Ramsey rose by $30,100 while total sales decreased by 20.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Ramsey in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,240, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
