Lino Lakes home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Lino Lakes rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 85 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Lino Lakes in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Lino Lakes for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $3,026, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
