Centerville home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Centerville rose by $6,600 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,500 - a 2.5% increase over the $264,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Centerville in the first quarter of 2017.
