Ham Lake home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Ham Lake rose by $7,550 while total sales decreased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 2.4% increase over the $309,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Ham Lake in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Ham Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,588, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
