Anoka home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Anoka rose by $15,658 while total sales decreased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $192,343 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Anoka in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Anoka for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,666, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
