Anoka home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Anoka rose by $26,188 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $176,813 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Anoka in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Anoka for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,666, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
