Fridley home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Fridley rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Fridley in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Fridley for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,893, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
