Anoka home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Anoka rose by $19,675 while total sales decreased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 10.3% increase over the $190,325 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Anoka in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Anoka for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,666, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
