Ramsey home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Ramsey rose by $10,900 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,900 - a 4.8% increase over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Ramsey in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,240, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
