Circle Pines home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Circle Pines rose by $40,100 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 25.1% increase over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Circle Pines in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Circle Pines for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,148, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
