Blaine (Anoka County) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $19,150 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 400 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,100 - a 8.7% increase over the $219,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 414 homes sold in Blaine in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Blaine for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,988, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
