City of Circle Pines issued the following announcement on Dec. 1.
Winter parking restrictions are in effect. We've had more than 2 inches of snow. Vehicles need to be off the streets until they are plowed curb to curb. A little snow and ice encrusted bird has told us Circle Pines Public Works will be clearing the streets beginning around 3 a. m.
