Spring Lake Park (Anoka County) home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Spring Lake Park in Anoka County rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $217,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 119 homes sold in Spring Lake Park in 2018.
