Spring Lake Park (Anoka County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Spring Lake Park in Anoka County rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 30.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,500 - a 2.9% increase over the $203,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Spring Lake Park in the fourth quarter of 2017.
