St. Francis home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in St. Francis rose by $28,700 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,200 - a 12.8% increase over the $224,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in St. Francis in August 2018.
