Fridley home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Fridley rose by $29,350 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,750 - a 15.1% increase over the $194,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Fridley in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Fridley for 2018 was $2,539. In 2014, the median sales tax was $1,893. This marks an increase of 34.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
