Lino Lakes home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Lino Lakes rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lino Lakes in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Lino Lakes for 2018 was $3,243. In 2014, the median sales tax was $3,026. This marks an increase of 7.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
