Linwood home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Linwood rose by $19,620 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 8% increase over the $245,380 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Linwood in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Linwood for 2018 was $2,280. In 2014, the median sales tax was $1,942. This marks an increase of 17.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.9%.
