Ham Lake home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Ham Lake fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $331,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Ham Lake in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Ham Lake for 2018 was $2,956. In 2014, the median sales tax was $2,588. This marks an increase of 14.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.9%.
