Anoka home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Anoka rose by $35,500 while total sales increased by 112.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $189,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Anoka in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Anoka for 2018 was $2,094. In 2014, the median sales tax was $1,666. This marks an increase of 25.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.9%.
