Lino Lakes home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Lino Lakes rose by $100 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,000 - a 0% increase over the $277,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Lino Lakes in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Lino Lakes for 2018 was $3,243. In 2014, the median sales tax was $3,026. This marks an increase of 7.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
