Andover home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Andover fell by $4,950 while total sales decreased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 1.7% decrease over the $294,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Andover in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Andover for 2018 was $2,942. In 2014, the median sales tax was $2,531. This marks an increase of 16.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
