Andover home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Andover fell by $1,300 while total sales decreased by 59%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,700 - a 0.4% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Andover in the first quarter of 2019.
