City of Andover issued the following announcement on May 7.
Under city ordinance pet owners are required to clean up after their dogs when taking them for a walk. Dog owners must carry a plastic bag or some other means of picking up after their dog whenever they are off their own property.
All dogs must be on a leash and under control while off their owner’s property. If you wish to have dogs run and play off leash, the there is an off leash dog park available at Bunker Park.
