Ann Talle Scholarship awards $8,000 to Anoka Area high school students

Anoka area students were awarded $8,000 in scholarships from the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce and Ann Talle Scholarship. | Pixabay

The Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce has awarded $8,000 in scholarships to area high school students, according to a recent newsletter.

Each student awarded followed strict submission guidelines and were chosen off of their interest in expanding their education with a focus on business. Student applications were judged by a panel of Chamber members.

The $1,000 Ann Talle/Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship was awarded to eight different high school students in the Anoka Area. The awardees are from Andover, Anoka, Blaine, Champlin Park, Coon Rapids, St. Francis high schools, Legacy Christian Academy and PACT Charter school.

This scholarship is funded by Chamber of Commerce donations and awarded during spring. You can find out more about how to submit here.
