Residents in Andover who make online pledges and take action to save water and energy throughout the month of August at www.mywaterpledge.com can win from hundreds of eco-friendly prizes, including $3,000 to pay one lucky winner's utility bills for a year. There’s no cost to participate and it only takes a minute to sign your city up to participate.
