Centerville home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Centerville fell by $8,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 3.4% decrease over the $240,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Centerville in August 2019, as well.
