City of Andover issued the following announcement on Oct. 17.
Just a reminder, Andover residents may drop off their Absentee Ballots at City Hall during business hours (M-F 8am-4:30pm) at the receptionist desk. If you want to do in-person early voting, that can be done at City Hall also, however, due to COVID restrictions, we are only allowed 15 people in City Hall at one time. If there are over that number, we will take your name & cell phone number and ask that you wait in your vehicle until someone else leaves.
