Anoka-Hennepin Psd issued the following announcement on Nov. 8.
On Nov. 11 or Nov. 12, schools across Anoka-Hennepin will honor past and present service members with a variety of Veterans Day events or educational opportunities aimed at learning about and honoring those who have served or who are serving in the military.
Middle and high schools will participate in virtual Veterans Day opportunities, including some pre-recorded events. At the elementary level, students have the opportunity to participate in both in-person and virtual educational opportunities.
