City of Andover issued the following announcement on Dec. 23.
Public Works crews will be out plowing main routes to keep them open through the heaviest part of the storm. They will be back in early Thursday morning to plow the entire City which could take until Thursday afternoon due to the timing and amount of the snow. To help keep the roads clear, please do not park on the street until after the plows have finished. Thank you.
