Set aside your recyclables and plan to attend our winter recycling event at Green Lights Recycling in Blaine on Saturday, January 23rd from 9 a.m. - Noon. One coupon per Anoka city resident, city ID required to use coupon. Coupon only valid from 9 a.m. - Noon at the event on Jan. 23rd. This event is only for city of Anoka residents.
