City of Andover issued the following announcement on Dec. 31.
Ice Rinks are now available for Skating! However, due to COVID-19 limitations all warming houses are currently closed. Indoor facilities at outdoor recreations sites are not allowed to be open under current state regulations. Additional benches and portable toilets are available near ice rinks. When using the ice rinks please stay at least six feet away from anyone not from your household. Lights will be on timers from 4:30pm - 9:00pm each day. Enjoy the fresh air!
