Median home prices in Ramsey rose to $255,500 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Ramsey rose by $46,500 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,500 - a 22.2% increase over the $209,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ramsey in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
