The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Thomas Earl Emmer Jr., Emmer for Congress, refunded $5,600 to William Nease on November 3, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Emmer for Congress refunded $42,350 total since June 1.
